Dr. Hoffman specializes in the medical and surgical care of the lower extremity, foot, and ankle. Our practice has been serving the Clearfield area for over 20 years. Dr. Hoffman is board certified in foot and ankle orthopaedic medicine as well as certified in wound care of the lower extremity. Dr. Hoffman has privileges at Clearfield Hospital for surgical patients and inpatient care. Dr. Hoffman treats patients in his Clearfield office on a daily basis and at the Clearfield Hospital Wound Clinic on a weekly basis.
