It is our policy that all professional personnel be familiar with and adhere to the independence, integrity, and objectivity rules, regulations, interpretations, and rulings of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy, and the Pennsylvania Certified Public Accounts.
All professional personnel must comply with the continuing professional education requirements of the AICPA, PICPA, the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy, the U.S. General Accounting Office, and other regulatory agencies.
We provide our services to over 900 clients primarily in central Pennsylvania. Some of our clients are outside of Pennsylvania as well as out of the country. We attend seminars and training sessions and receive updated accounting publications on a regular basis to assure our clients we are serving them with the most current and accurate information available.
