From the Director…
As part of your Clearfield Chamber of Commerce you should look forward to later this week when you receive our bi-monthly newsletter, The Chamber Connection. Inside The Chamber Connection you can find Chamber news and updates, a note from our Chairperson, information from the U.S. and Pennsylvania Chambers, news from our members (new and existing), and local business spotlights along with much more.
The Chamber Connection also offers advertising opportunity to our membership giving you options to provide full page inserts, or provide half or quarter page ad space at extremely affordable prices. The newsletter also offers advertising opportunities to our membership at no cost through our Business Spotlight section. A random selection process has been developed to fairly choose from our over 320 members to offer them a chance at their own section in the newsletter to share their history and purpose with our entire membership.
Creating business relationships is one of our main goals here at the Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Connection is one of the ways we are able to make our entire membership more aware of the other local businesses working alongside of them to become successful and help our area thrive.

The new Chamber Gift Checks are now available at the Chamber Office. Gift Checks are just like gift certificates but are honored by over 80 local businesses. They’re a great way to keep business local and provide an answer to your tough gift-giving problems, like Christmas! Available in any denomination.
OLD GLASSES GIVE NEW LIFE! The Chamber is still a drop-off point for the Lions Recycle for Sight program. Drop off your used prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, and the Lions Club will ship them to the nearest Eyeglass Recycling Center where trained volunteers sort, clean, determine the prescription strengths of the glasses and distribute them to mission sites where eye care professionals perform vision screenings and dispense the glasses, free of charge, to needy children and adults around the world.
Your Clearfield Chamber is now a drop-off point for the new Clearfield Hospital Hospice program, Flowers for Friends. Every Thursday, volunteers create arrangements with donated flowers and vases and deliver them to hospice patients in our area. Drop off your used or new vases at the Chamber, and we will make sure they are forwarded each week to be used in the program. Brighten someone’s day with flowers!
Clearfield Chamber is offering member to member discount cards exclusively to our members and their employees. Stop by the office to pick up yours.
