Clearfield Jefferson Community Mental Health Center
The Clearfield Jefferson Community Mental Health Center is a private non-profit corporation that serves residents throughout Clearfield and Jefferson counties. The center’s goal is to provide a full range of high quality and cost effective diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitative services to individuals, families, and communities at large. Services include outpatient therapy, medication management, intensive outpatient care, partial hospitalization, family-based and group therapy, and both drug and alcohol counseling.
