Clearfield Lawrence Township Airport Authority
“A Gateway for Progress” and home to a number of single engine aircrafts is the Clearfield-Lawrence Township Airport Authority. The airport is publicly owned, managed by Richard Shaffer and governed by a board of directors. The airport offers fuel sales, flight instruction, hanger rentals, and a host of activities open to the public.
The Clearfield-Lawrence Township Airport is truly a gateway for progress opening the area to both business and recreation. Annually the Clearfield-Lawrence Township Airport sees nearly 7,000 flights, which is only the tip of the airport’s economic impact. The airport is located just off state route 879 near exit 120 of Interstate 80.
